Went to Home for a double date night and absolutely loved the experience. The restaurant was super cute and felt like-home! Delicious menu options and great drinks. We had a great time and truly enjoyed the experience. Looking forward to coming back soon!

SO GOOD! Service and food were excellent. Got the best hot dog I’ve ever had, and a side of the bbq mac and cheese with the recommended handmade gluten free pasta. I daydream about this. Also got the fried chicken sandwich which was gf tenders on toast. Also got the chocolate cake to go and immediately started eating it in the car, and wished we had another slice later in the evening. Would definitely go out of our way to visit again. Celiac friendly- no symptoms

We had dinner here late last night. The waitress was awesome, she made a beer recommendation and a bunch of appetizer recommendations, all were great. I highly recommend this restaurant and our waitress, Melissa. Great first time experience.

For a long time we’ve been hearing from our foodie friends what a great spot Home is, so we finally made our way for dinner one night! We were seated in the front dining room, which was very cozy and has a laid back vibe. Their menu has a lot of unique options and twists on dishes that we admired- braising the short rib in foxon park root beer was one of them! All around fresh and delicious locally-sourced options. I thought it was great that they offer a separate gluten free menu as well. All of the food arrived to us in good time, and all of the staff was friendly and welcoming!

First time visiting Branford! Very cute riverfront town with old fashioned downtown with new fashioned stores and restaurants! Home is emblematic of this! As named, very homey and relaxed restaurant with terrific sandwiches, lite bites, drinks and desserts! Melissa, our waitress, was super nice and efficient! Loved my Popeyes style fried chicken sandwich with totally delicious homemade pickles and spicy sauce! The warm chocolate chip cookies with whipped cream were to die for! Would absolutely go back. Free parking in lot across the street. Fun and iconoclastic shopping up and down the same street. The night we were there, a wonderful jazz quartet was giving a free concert in the town green up the street. There was also a free butterfly exhibition with live butterflies!

I LOVE a comfortable restaurant. They had nice couches inside. The service was good too, everything was ready quickly. They offer half sizes of things; I love having the option to try a couple of smaller items instead of one large one. We tried two half-sized Mac and cheeses ; one Brisket and one Buffalo chicken. Both were great. Real chunks of bleu cheese on the Buffalo. The brisket one had fried shoestring onions on top. A lot of the beverages they offered were local. He ordered the Bavarian (a fancy pretzel hot dog) I’m not sure if they are always like this but when we came the whole bar area was packed and there was plenty of plain dining room seating. Our food came out super fast; we arrived, took our time to order and finished in less than an hour. They seemed to be pretty well staffed. I don’t think they have a parking lot but we were able to get street parking easily. Would definitely come back; a really comfortable dining spot with a good theme (Home)

Came in 3 weeks ago and had the best cheesecake I’ve ever had it was an an Oreo one .. returned on Friday with a group of friends and had to say I’m super pleased with meal. The chocolate mouse cake is absolutely deliciois. Chocolate perfection. Would come here just to eat dessert. Something must have changed here i came in with my son and daughter in march and the food and desserts weren’t as good. Pleasant surprise for me! Will be putting Home on a bi weekly rotation for sure.

Drove down from Madison. Wife has a gluten allergy and we’ve heard good things. Started with a roasted butternut bisque which was incredibly yummy, and fresh tasting. Meatballs were the best I’ve ever had, and my wife chose the eggplant fritters which were just amazing! My wife opted to get the gf chocolate mousse cake which was one of the best things I’ve ever had. Can’t believe it’s gluten free! then the waitress mentioned a specialty dessert cheesecake and I have to take back my previous statement and say that IS the best dessert I’ve ever had. Rich and perfect! Wish I had room for a second slice. Great job! Bravo!
